If your order still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no updates, please:

Products
Yes, our bags are machine washable on a delicate cycle. We recommend air-drying only — no tumble drying, please.
Please note: Nuit Chérie is not responsible for any damage caused by washing.

Gifts
Of course! If you’d like to send a gift to someone special, simply enter their name and address as the shipping details during checkout.
We also offer premium gift packaging and the option to include a personalized note — just leave your message in the order notes, and we’ll take care of the rest .
All shipments include a packing list without prices that can be used as a gift receipt.
Absolutely, you can upgrade to our special gift box at checkout for an elevated unboxing moment.
This service can be added to your order on the cart page and has a cost of $10 per order. Gift boxing is a service and is final sale.
Yes! You can leave your personal message in the “Order Notes” at checkout.
We’ll prepare it on a lovely card and include it in the package — this service is available for $10 per order.
If you would like separate gift boxes for each item in your order, please place separate orders or contact our concierge at gift@nuitcherie.com.
Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or canceled.
Simply enter your unique code at checkout — the amount will be automatically applied to your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all unworn, unused items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please note, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift Cards
- Gift Boxes
- Sale items marked as final sale
Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5 Simple Steps:
1. Check Eligibility
Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. The 14-day window starts from the delivery date.
2. Contact Us
Email us at hello@nuitcherie.com to receive your Return Authorization and our return address.
3. Package It with Love
Repack your item in its original Nuit Chérie packaging and send it back via any trackable, insured shipping service of your choice. Return shipping is at your expense.
4. Share the Tracking Info
Send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it and speed things up on our end.
5. Wait for the Magic
Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing. As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send your refund or ship your exchange.
Oh no — we’re so sorry! That’s definitely not the Nuit Chérie standard. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right — fast.
Here’s what to do:
1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Email hello@nuitcherie.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Don’t worry about return shipping
If we made a mistake, we’ll cover all costs and send you a prepaid return label (if needed).
3. We’ll replace or refund
Once confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement as soon as possible — or refund you fully, whichever you prefer.
For hygienic reasons, Accessories, Socks & Slippers , Underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — no exceptions. We hope you understand this policy helps us keep everything fresh, clean, and safe for all Chéries.

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 2–3 business days for your refund to be processed.
The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You’ll get an email confirmation from us the moment your refund is on its way.
